[Padawan] Spread the word

Hi padawans,

This list is the answer to a number of postodocs (me amongs them) requesting to be part of the JEDI list.
As the JEDIs is only open to PIs we have created a parallel stream, the padawan list. I think that this list has the potential to be an excelent way to share resources but also to network. When facing the job market it can be a great plataform to share information about labs, institutes, applications, country tips...
It is the very first days (~12 members) and it is to us to make decision on what we wanted it to be.
First thing we need to define is if we want it to be open to phds or not.

I would keep it for postdoc at least at the begining to have a sense of what the list can bring.
