[Padawan] Spread the word

Hi everyone,

First of all, let me just say that I think this list is a great idea.

About Natalia's question, I guess it depends on what the purpose of this
list is going to be, but I don't see a problem in opening the list to PhD
students. Most of them will also face the same existential questions (aka
job market and similar) than us, or at least the more advanced PhD students
will.
But maybe we should do like you suggest, keep it for postdocs for now and
see where it goes.
